- How long does it take to ship an order?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. On average, about 3~5 days. For details, see individual items.
- What's a pre-order item?
Items marked as PRE-ORDER means that it will take about ~3-4 weeks to arrive! If you are ordering this item alongside another item, I will not ship your package out until the pre-order item arrives! You can order the items separately if you’d like the non-preorder item faster, but you’ll have to pay twice the shipping. Thank you for understanding!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is a problem with the order. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
- Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
**Due to the new VAT/Brexit regulations established on July 1st, 2021, UK and EU customers must order from etsy.com/shop/cirquecarte/ instead! I apologize for the inconvenience. If you order from this shop and you are from the UK/EU, I will refund your order and not fulfill it.**

- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Due to COVID-19, mail times may be delayed, especially for overseas orders. Please check the USPS site if shipping is available for your country.
